These terms apply to anyone who publishes games on uloggd Arcade. They add to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and you accept them in the developer portal before enabling Arcade on an app.

You host the game on your own site, over HTTPS, and register its address in the portal. uloggd shows that address inside a page of its own, with the uloggd bar always visible above the game. uloggd never hosts, copies, or relays the game's files: the site, what it loads, and what it does are your responsibility.
Each game uses an origin of its own (in practice, a subdomain), proven by the /.well-known/uloggd-arcade.json file, with no redirects and with framing allowed for uloggd. No address may be on uloggd or imitate its name.
During the preview, only invited accounts can publish. Beyond the invitation, the account must have two-step verification turned on, a verified email, at least 30 days of age, and no site suspension, and must belong to a person aged 18 or over. uloggd records the version of these terms you accepted and the digest (sha256) of the text you accepted.
Every release (address, permissions, capabilities, declared third parties, and data events address) and every change to the store page is reviewed by a person on the team before it takes effect. A review certifies a moment: uloggd checks the address every day, may review the game again at any time, and receives reports from players.
Without a new release, you may publish fixes and content updates that fit the description, rating, permissions, and third parties already reviewed. A rating change goes through the store page. A new release is needed for new data collection, a new third party, monetization, sign-in flows, and any communication between users, and these are judged against section 4, which forbids some of them.
Showing the reviewer or the check different content from what players receive, or changing the game's behavior after review to escape it, ends the account.
Every Arcade player is treated as someone who may be 12 years old. Games therefore follow these rules:
You always process players' data in the best interest of children and teenagers (LGPD art. 14) and comply with Brazil's Digital Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 15,211/2025). Because a game never knows a player's age, these protections apply to every player.
uloggd and you are independent controllers: neither processes data on the other's behalf. With the player's consent, uloggd tells the game only an identifier unique to that game and the nickname the player chose. What your site collects on its own (IP address, gameplay data, metrics) is your own processing.
If the controller named on the store page is outside Brazil, players are told so before they consent, and the ANPD standard contractual clauses (Resolution CD/ANPD 19/2024) become part of these terms as an annex, governing the data uloggd tells the game.
uloggd may hide, suspend, or stop showing a game at any time, including without prior notice when there is a risk. You can remove the game from Arcade in the portal. After removal, uloggd keeps the evidence for 180 days, and nobody reuses the game's name in the address or its origin.
Showing different content to the review, changing the game's behavior to escape it, and any abuse of children or teenagers end the account.
You keep the rights to the game and grant uloggd a license to show the store page's name, images, and text within the service. Copyright notices may be sent to [email protected].
You are responsible for your site, the game, and the data you process. Arcade is provided as available, and uloggd does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights under Brazilian law.
A new version of these terms is presented in the portal and must be accepted to keep publishing. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
