Build for people who play.
The public API reads and writes libraries, reviews, lists, journeys and the game catalogue. Arcade brings the browser game you host to uloggd's players.

}The API for what happens on uloggd, Arcade for your game
- Explore the API
Public API
Read and write libraries, reviews, lists, journeys and the catalogue, with a key that can never do more than your account.
- PreviewExplore Arcade
Arcade
Publish a browser game you host. uloggd lists it, opens your site for its players and hands a verified identity to each player who agrees.
From your community's bot to your own app
Bots for your community
Show on Discord, Twitch or anywhere what someone is playing, their latest review or their library, by username.
Dashboards and stats
Read history, journeys and ratings and turn them into charts, retrospectives or spreadsheets.
Widgets for streams and sites
The current game on your stream overlay, your favourites list on your own site, always up to date.
Imports and sync
With write permissions, log games, sessions and lists from your own tools.
Three steps to the first call
- Step 1
Create an app
In the portal, with a name, an icon and a description. Each account can have up to 10.
- Step 2
Choose its permissions
Only what the app needs: read the library, write reviews, read the catalogue.
- Step 3
Make a key and call the API
The key is shown once. From there it is an HTTP request like any other.
Everything the site has, through the API
Every resource has its page in the docs, with endpoints, permissions and examples.
Never more than its owner
A key runs as the account that made it. The site's own rules decide what it may do.
Clear limits
Every response says how much is left in the window and when it resets.
One shape
Collections answer
{ data, page }, resources{ data }and failures{ error }. No surprises.
Bring your browser game to the people who play on uloggd
You host the game on your own site, over HTTPS. uloggd lists it, opens your address in a page made just for it and, when the player agrees, hands the game an identity signed by uloggd.
Preview During the preview, only invited accounts publish. When you turn Arcade on for an app, uloggd checks the rest: two-factor authentication, a verified email, an account at least 30 days old, being 18 or over, and acceptance of the Arcade Developer Terms. The docs, the SDK and the mock are open to everyone.
npm install @uloggd/arcade-sdk
import { createArcadeSDK } from "@uloggd/arcade-sdk";
const arcade = createArcadeSDK({
appId: "YOUR_APP_ID",
mockWhenStandalone: true,
});
await arcade.ready();
await arcade.commands.authorize({ scopes: ["identify"] });On your site
One HTTPS origin per game, in practice a subdomain. uloggd never hosts, copies or proxies the game's files.
A small SDK
@uloggd/arcade-sdkreceives the context, asks for the player's consent, goes fullscreen and tells you when the game is about to close.Verified identity
When the player agrees, the game gets an id of its own and a nickname, and your server checks the token against uloggd's public keys. Never the email, the account or the age.
Reviewed before players see it
Every store page and every new URL goes past a named moderator. Players only see what was approved.

Test on the mock and on your machine
Opened on localhost, the SDK runs offline, with a fake player and fake tokens. To see the game inside uloggd, point the portal's development URL at your localhost or an HTTPS tunnel: only you see it, for 24 hours.
Rules for every player
During the preview, only signed-in players aged 16 or over can play. Every game carries a ClassInd rating from L to 16, and v1 has no purchases or ads.
An open SDK, on npm
@uloggd/arcade-sdkis MIT-licensed with no dependencies. uloggd never serves the SDK to games: it ships with yours, bundled or as a file on your own site.
