Clifftop Games is an indie gamedev studio, consisting of Joel Staaf Hästö, professional game programmer recently turned solo indie dev. He is responsible for everything but art and music, a Joel-of-all-trades if you will, which is a fancy way of saying he's painfully mediocre at pretty much everything. But don't tell anyone.
