Index+

Index, later called index+, was a French multimedia publisher founded in 1992 by Emmanuel Olivier. In 1997, the company released its first big game, Crusader, co-produced with France Telecom. In 2000, the company merged with France Telecom Multimedia to form Wanadoo Edition.
